ICM Subsytem out of service

A new IPCCE system.

ICM version 7.0

QM version 3.5(4)

CCM version 4.1.3(sr2)

while I do the integration, the JTAPI subsystem is in service but the ICM subsystem on the IVR is always "out of service"

All the ICM components has been configured and the PIM for CallManager is ok.

Through the CRS trace log, I saw the information as below:

So what is the possible reason caused this?

Or it is a system bug?

Hope anybody can give me an idea. Thanks

I'd look at the PIM traces on the PG. Could be hitting a timeout such as:

HKL\software\cisco\icm\your_instance\pgxx\pg\currentversion\pimx\vrudata\dynamic\SessionOP

enTimeoutSeconds

which could be bumped up to 30 seconds.
