I have a main script and within the script I have a node that is "Run Ext. Script". There is a box next to that which shows a number "in-progress" and a number below which shows "abort".

Can someone tell me what causes these aborts and how I can correct this issue?

Thank you in advance for your help.

an abort would be caused by the call being at the QueueToSkillGroup 'node' in the script then getting disconnected either from hangup/abandon or another issue.

the node didn't fail so the call did not go out the failure terminal, nor did it succeed so it did not go out the success terminal...but it was aborted so marked as such.

Yes, that makes sense. Thank you.
