I have a new UCCX 7 server that will take the place of an IPCCX 4.0(4) server. Is there a way to import/extract CAD settings configuration from 4.0 and import them into UCCX 7, so the clients' windows customization remains similar between platforms?
No. You must uninstall the 4.x version entirely. The only thing you can keep is the personal CAD phonebooks (documented in the CAD Install/Admin guides) that were saved locally on the PC and are now saved in slapd on the CCX server.
