Impossible to change voice interdigittimeout to 3 seconds

I've been trying tho change the interdigit timeout to 3 seconds but was not possible.

When using a .vxml file I assign to the variables completetimeout and incompletetimeout the value of 3000ms as follows:

<property name="completetimeout" value="2000ms"/>

But when I modify this value to 3000ms the interdigit timeout goes to 12000ms!! I have modified the Baseline.xml and OSSserver.cfg but there was no way to go there and make it run correctly.

I would be very grateful if you can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance.

Re: Impossible to change voice interdigittimeout to 3 seconds

The issue could be with the ASR server,but could also be due to behaviour issues on the gateway.

The problem is that when the incompletetimeout property is specified in the vxml document, server sometimes return error with completion cause 006, causing the gateway to throw failure event.
