Increase UCCX per call recording time settings?

Hello All,

 

The agents call is recording maximum upto 15 minutes , then the conversation is not getting recorded.

 

Is there any settings we can make to increase the timings?

 

User is using Cisco Quality Management for voice recording for agents

Cisco QM does not have a

Cisco QM does not have a maximum recording time.

What version are you using and how are you recording, network, SPAN or end point?
