Hi:
Is there a way to integrate IPCCX with an external application?
Suppose I have an Application that generate N outbound calls. Can I put these calls into the IPCCX CSQ to be processed by an Agent?

There are also several features that enable customers to integrate various Cisco IP Communications products seamlessly into their Customer Interaction Network: "Cisco IP Communicator replaces Media Termination "Support for Customer Voice Portal (CVP) 3.0 (for all IPCC/ICM Enterprise and Hosted Edition deployments, except for the System IPCC Enterprise deployment) "Support for current versions of CallManagersee the Cisco IP Contact Center Enterprise Edition Software Compatibility Guide for a complete listing

The answer is yes.
IPCC X users usually are looking for easy and smimple way out, if this is the case?
You can have your external app generate calls and conference that to a local DN or JTAPi port where you have an app pointing to IPCCx CSQ.
This is not recommended but quick and dirty way .
