We have CCX 5.02 Premium and Salesforce running in our environment, but we're looking for a way to get customer account info from Salesforce auto-populated into the browser window based on the caller id.

We have the caller ID already in a variable, and on the backend, we know how to access Salesforce data through Java or https. What we need is essentially the step or method that will link the two inside of a script.
