We currently have a Nortel switch, which we are looking to replace with any new product in the market.
One of the suggestions we had was to use Cisco call center applications and integrate with Oracle CRM.
Currently, we use Nortel's Symposium call center with CT Connect Middleware to connect to Oracle CRM, which gives us the ability to use the Oracle Softphone and provides the screen pop with customer details on Agents desktops using Oracle Applicatins 220.127.116.11.
We are looking for a similar functionality.
Need to know if Cisco can integrate with Oracle and what features are supported.
