Hi All,
I have a questions about Web-Based chat with Interaction Manager.Can EWT and position In queue be presented to customer if customers caits in queue after sending a web-based chat request and how?

while java object is executing, the relevant call is put into the UNKNOWN queue. You cannot move this call.
