Intermittent to complete calls for Pilot IPCCX

Hi Guys,

My Customer have a solution with CallManager 7.X and IPCCX 7.X and is having the following problem:

When the user call the Pilot IPCCX the calls sometimes worked sometimes not worked, the call stayed mute for 03 or 04 seconds and drop the call. The problem is occuring for all Pilot of IPCCX. The problem not occur when the user call the another Directory Number or to PSTN. Any have idea about issue?

No, no ideas about what could be happening.  Have you tried a Data Resync?  Have you tried to reactive debug a failed call?  Have you looked at the MIVR logs?

Thank You for your contact. I am verifying with my Customer the Topology and the configuration about CallManager and IPCCX. I don´t still know if this topology there are 02 IPCCX Server. In this moment the Customer didn´t authorized access the equipment. Maybe We will have on site to verify the problem.
