Interpreting Logs

Are there any tools or doucments on how to better review CTIOS desktop logs and/or All ICM device services (PG, Lgr, CTIOS,etc)?

We have implemented a Cisco IPCC Support Tools server for Enterprise 6.0 that provides administrative access to individual logs or merged logs with an explanation of the contents for each. The Support Tools dashboard provides customization options for log collection from different ICM nodes.

Take a look at the user guide, maybe it is what you are looking for.
