Invalid Enterprise CTI message header message in event log on PG

In event viewer on PG server, the following warning message generated in the event log:

Source: Cisco systems Inc., ICM

Category: CTILink

Event ID: 49163

"Invalid Enterprise CTI message header (Length:0x5000000, Type:0x4000000) received from client "CTIOSServer" at 10.100.10.6"

What is this message?

Please grab ctios-server and ctisvr logs for a timeframe when you are seeing this error message. And also please collect a dir output to text of the icm bin directory and an export of the ICM registry. Looks like there may be an incompatibility between OPC and CTI Server versions.
