Could use some assistance here if possible. I'm trying to install Nuance RealSpeak 4.0.10 and integrate it with IP IVR 5. I haven't really found anything very step by step out there. The only thing I can find is:
I have installed RealSpeak 4.0.10 and SpeechWorks Media Server 3.1.10 on the same box (configured SWMS to listen on port 8088) and configured it as per the above link. I configured the IP IVR MRCP TTS subsystem to point to port 8088 on the server where the Nuance software is installed and it says it is reachable and in service. But I'm not having any luck when I try to play back a TTS generated prompt. Is there anything glaringly obvious I'm missing here?
