We use UCCE 7.2.7 with IP IVR 5.0 and CUCM 6.1.4. I am trying to determine the best method to get an alert via e-mail or SMS when all IVR ports are in use.
We use Solarwinds for NMS. I am trying to figure out if ICM (or IP-IVR) can send an SNMP trap, but haven't been able to figure that out. I have little experience working with SNMP/MIBs and don't have any clue which object to look for.
I don't have access to a syslog server that will send alerts (using the free Kiwi tool for syslog, which has filtering and alerting disabled)
Also, I do have an ICM Support Tools server running.
