Hi all,
i tried to switch version from 8.0.2 to 8.5.1 (cisco ip ivr) and its fails
uccx-install.log shows:
Cisco Unified CCX DB appears to be corrupt
does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this problem?

Reason for switch version are many . can you please upload uccx-install/system history and online.uccx (database)

Thanks for answer, the problem was in db corruption solved with TAC.
