Hi,
We are getting the following error when an agent tries to login to her IPPA...
"cannot change requested state from current state"
We've tried resetting the phone as well as re-associating the device w/ the jtapi user. Neither seemed to work.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ryan,
Go ahead and try dis-associating and re-associating the phone from both the jtapi and rmjtapi application users. If that doesn't work, you might need to restart the CTI manager service. This usually happens when the CTI manager fails to send the InService_Event when the device registers and a restart might be required.
