IP Phone agent

Hi guys,

i have seen this question asked but not been answered yet.

I have configured ONE BUTTON login as stated on this url http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_tech_note09186a008029e6d5.shtml

but i want the agent to automatically go to ready state after login.

how do i do this?

Hi,

I think that, by now, it is no possible. The agent manually has to go to the Ready state.

In IPCC Admin Page, goto Subsystem->RMCM->Resources->select a resource and you will see automatic available. Enable this and your agent should be automatically ready.

Hope this helps, it's the only thing I could find that may work.
