IP Recording DMS - Conferencing/Transfer Fails

Hi,

I have implemented DMS on all of my contact center phones.  The contact center is 3rd party Front Range, the IP Recording solution is 3rd party Verint.  After implementing DMS, none of the hard phones that have DMS configured can conference or transfer.  Has anyone run into this issue with DMS/IP Recording implementations?  My customers were conferencing just fine when we were using a SPAN type ip recording schema.  I apprecaite any feedback.
