IPCC 3.5(2) CAD Stats not resetting over night

Anyone now why the CAD stats would no longer be resetting? We recently added a remote Monitoring and Recording server and now this starting occuring. We can manually reset them if we restart the Rascal Service.

Any ideas?

IPCC Express system only supports having one Rascal service running in the environment. This Rascal service should be running on the CRS server itself. You may have many VoIP Monitor Servers running locally or remote. This is probably the cause of the statistics not resetting at the end of the day.

Try to cycle the CAD Rascal server service in windows services.

Thanks for the reply. You are correct...I do only have one server running CRS and I am recycling the Rascal Service in Windows. This seems to be the only way to clear the counters. What I can't figure out is how come the server no longer does this on it's own?
