I am trying to configure IPCC for the first time and I am having issues with the configuration.
The current problem is that after installing the server with the proper license and creating the jtapi subsystem and triggers. If I call the CTI Route Point it connects but immediately drops the call. Like it is initial installation there should be something dump I am not taking into consideration.
I have checked so far:
1) Proper License is installed. I am licensed for 5 IVR Ports. I am licensed for IPCC Express Premium.
2) The cti ports and CTI RP are on the same Device Pool as the IP Phones. I am using G.711 for the call.
3) All resources like MTP are located on the default MRG. Meaning I haven't configure any MRGs.
4) I have enable/disable components to the point only to leave the CRS Engine running.
When tracing from CCM I see the following from IPCC:
