We have received IPCCX version 4.0(1) and I want to know if we can install it CO-resident with CallManager servers. We installed it and in the process it installed MSDE on the CallManager server. Can this cause problems ?

CRS coresident with CCM is a supported configuration. The CRS Installation Guide linked below gives the instructions for installing CRS on the same server as CCM.

You should not see a problem with MSDE. CRS will talk to MSDE and CCM will talk to SQL.
