IPCC 4.0(4) CAD upgrade

We recently did a 4.0(3) to 4.0(4) IPCC Express upgrade. The upgrade automatically pushes the new CAD to the users. This, however, failed for about 95% of the desktops and we had to manually resolve the issue.

Is there a log somewhere that would indicate the version of CAD the user is logged in with or a log somewhere of the upgrade that was or was not performed by IPCC?
