Could someone point to a document that describes the process by which to pass a customer ID in the form of a query into a browser pop on the agent desktop? In other words, the caller would enter their customer ID, at the Select Resource step, the agent would be connected to a caller as a web page is brought up on the agent's desktop, containing query results from the customer ID. Any references are appreciated.
Thanks,
J

Have a look at the "HTTP Action" section of the Cisco Desktop Administrator Guide.

Basically, Enterprise Data can be used in generating URLs which can be launched through Call Control actions.
Your script will need to utilise the Set Enterprise Info step to set the required information. This needs to be set before connecting the caller to the Agent, so set Connect=No on the Select Resource step and use a Connect step, taking care to jump back to the Select Resource step if the Connect step fails.

Thanks, that got me there for the first step. What do you do if you want to pop multiple browsers w/ a variable pass? I am able to get the Launch Application step to launch a second broswer; however, it puts a space in (%20) before the variable.
