I have a client who is running IPCC 4.0(5) on its own server running a very basic helpdesk script. The agents use CAD. Almost all calls to the agents come in from the PSTN.
The agents have been experiencing an isssue where the first second or two of the call is cut off.
Call Flow:
PSTN > GW (MGCP) > CCM 4.1.3 > IPCC > CAD Agent
Example:
PSTN caller calls helpdesk. Helpdesk agent answers and says "Thank you for calling ABC company". The PSTN caller would hear "for calling ABC company".
This problem affects all agents at some point but not every agent everytime. The problem also appears to get worse over time.
Any ideas?
