IPCC 4.0 on server with NIC teamed

I'm actually running IPCC 4 co-located with CCM 4.1 on a server with 2 nic (teaming), and IPCC doesn't like that. Do yo know if IPCC support nic teaming ?

NIC teaming is not supported in CRS 4.0

There is any other way to add some fault-Tollerence at the nic level ?

Is NIC teaming supported in CRS 3.x?

Also if I am planning to upgrade CRS 3.x to 4.0 and I currently have NIC Teaming in place do I need to disolve the teaming before I upgrade?
