IPCC 4.0 to 4.5 Upgrade

Hi,

One of my customers has IPCC Express 4.0 Premium and want to move to version 4.5.

They currently do not have a SASU or UCSS contract. I cannot find any details of what they need to buy to achieve this. The global price list has upgrades from 3.x to 4.x but does not list any upgrades from 4.0 to 4.5.

If anyone can provide some guidance I would be grateful.

Hi,

Try to use this Part Number for your upgrade:

CCX-UPG-P-40-45=

I suppose that you are going to upgrade to version 4.5 because you are going to upgrade CallManager to version 5.
