I dont believe there is any way to automatically do that with 4.0.
You best bet is to email email@example.com. It will be helpful to inlcude the Product Authorization Key (PAK) and/or the upgrade license file generated from the PAK that you recieved from the Product Upgrade Tool. It is also helpful to include any current licenses from the IPCC 4.x system. They will let you know if they need anything else from you in order to generate the appropriate license.
