IPCC 4.5.2 - Supervisor desktop - new user question

I would like to add a supervisor desktop to a desktop of a user but I have a little problem.

When login to the client : this ID don't have the right to be a supervisor ( traduction from french )

The user is configure as supervisor and administrator in Tools/user management

The user is a secondary suppervisor in every team.

In desktop administrator, the password to the user is set.

any idea ?

What password are you entering when loggin in?

In UCCX 4.5 the password is originally set to be the same as userID, have you tried it?

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply.

It did'nt work and also I have change the password of this user in supervisor desktop, this is something that works usually.
