I just set up a new IPCC 4.5 and had it working yesterday but now every time I place a call to the CSQ the CAD agent switches from Ready to Not Ready. If I click Ready it will go to Reserved for just a second and go right back to Not Ready. It will stay in the Ready state as long as there is no call in the CSQ but as soon as I put a call in it goes to Not Ready and won't let me answer. Thoughts?
The problem is that when I put the IPCC agent DN in the IPCC Agents partition this happens. But the JTAPI trigger has the CSS set that contains this partition. What's up with that? If I put the agent DN in it works.
Did you ever find the resolution to this issue. I currently have the same thing happening with UCCX 7x and CUCM 7x.

UPDATE---Think I figured it out...it was the CSS on the CTI Ports. Will be testing shortly.
