IPCC 4.5 high availability deployment

In a future HD architecture implementation, the voice service will be provided by CallManager 5.0, which will integrate with IPCC 4.5. IPCC 4.5 (required with CM 5.0) does not implement high availability. How can we ensure that the help desk continues to operate if the IPCC goes down? One possibility could be to configure CM such that if the IPCC goes down, all calls to the help desk number are automatically and immediately directed to an hunt group (which includes all help desk extensions). Can this redirection be configured in CM? Is there a better option?

Thats your best bet. On the Route Points for your call center just set the call forward busy, no answer, and failure to the Hunt Pilot. This way, when IPCC Express server is down it will be forwarded to your hunt pilot.
