IPCC 4.x Custom Call Variables

I am trying to write Custom Call Variables in my script using a Set Session Info Step. IPCC Express 4.x does not seem to use the old variable name ccdrVar1, 2 and so on. Does anyone know what the new variable names are?

we have version 4.0.1 and have tried to use custom variables, but it does not seem to work.

So far, I haven't found any documentation about new variable names... ;(

Hello,

if you want to use custom variables in version 4.x, then use "Set Enterprise Call Info", and for "Name", use one of Call.PeripheralVariableX, where X is a number from 1-9.

There is a error in the documentation for version 4, that's why we could not solve the problem until we contacted Cisco TAC.
