You can change the callmanager password in IPCC. This will have no affect on IPCC. Because for my previous employer we changed callmanager password along with the IPCC domain password in every three months. We were using IPCC 7.0 with SR4.
Correct. The only thing IPCC is interested in is the JTAPI connection from the JTAPI gateway process on the PG to the CTI Manager process on the Subscribers. The ICM JTAPI user name and password must be the same on each system, obviously. As long as the password of this user is not changed, you'll be fine.
