Re: ipcc 6.0 TR problem

You should fix it. ;-)

I gather you are not the person who installed the system. If the translation routes were working once, and you have tried to extend the DNIS pool or the number of ports being used, they may not be aligned.

What's the history here?

Re: ipcc 6.0 TR problem

Yes i'am not the person who installed the system.

We have added ports on ivr (from 30 to 48) and translation routes on icm. But Integrity Check Report in Translation Route Wizard shows that all routes have matching peripheral targets, all

DNIS numbers have matching labels and service is configured properly.

Translation routes are working but then loading is nearly 30 there are mistakes.

(Sorry my English is not so good)

Re: ipcc 6.0 TR problem

Hi,

Did you create the CTI Route points in CCM for the new 18 ports. After creating the CTI route points, associate these with JTAPI user(IP-IVR). In IVR appadmin, under application - add these ctiroutepoints as triggers for the translation route aplication(existing).

Re: ipcc 6.0 TR problem

Hi,

Route points and triggers are added and configured as you say. On ccm they are up (register). May be we need to restart ccm or icm ?

Re: ipcc 6.0 TR problem

Call the pilot number that does the trans routes from an IP phone and watch the number of the CTI port that appears as it moves the call to the port. You have to do this a number of times and you will see it move across the pool of ports you have. When it reaches the end of the old pool, if it then starts to use the new CTI ports then that's good. If it starts again on the original pool, the new ones are not engaged.

Restarting some components (PGs) would definitely help. A CallManager restart is not needed.

Re: ipcc 6.0 TR problem

Hi,

Calls go through both associations of ports both old and new.

We have reinstall ivr from codec g.711 to g.729

and the quantity of TR timeouts has strongly decreased.

May be problem is not in Contact Center but on AS or PGW. Or in voip traffic.

We will do more tests. Thanks for help.
