We have the IPCC 7.0 software, along with the CTI "Toolkit" Agent Desktop. We have been told that, we should use the regular CTI Agent Desktop instead (without the "Toolkit"). We know there are two versions of CTI Desktop in earlier version. However, we couldn't find it in 7.0. Any idea?
We also encounter a statistic problem in the CTI Toolkit Agent Desktop. Under the "CTI Toolkit Statistics" window, we could see a call queued for over 30 mins under the "LongestRouterCallQNow", while we saw 4 agents available under "AgentsReady" column on the same row. This has lasted for over a minute, so it shouldn't be a refresh issue.
