IPCC Agent install Administrator, Supervisor and Desktop

Hi,

I cannot install the Agents no matter what. I had IE7 a removed it and still fails

Install Manager is unable to download the file

http://10.11.146.12:6393/TUP/CAD/InstallMgr/InstallManager.cfg

Any help would be appreiacted.

I can download the files.

But they do not install.

Do you have any firewall services running on the pc? try disabling it and againg try to install the Agent

Check also whether you have admin rights t install the agent software or try to install it from the local admin or domain admin account

I ahve all the rights. I am able to download the agents. I am local admin on th maachine. The problem seems to be with the Ip address seems to be off. During install I get 10.1.146.12 should be 10.11.146.12
