IPCC Agent Login Stack Error

Hi All,

I'm creating a PoC for IPCC for a Parent and Child deployment. Call Manger is faily new to me and so setting up IPCC is cuaing me a few teething problems.

The issue I have is that when an agent logs into the IP Phone (7961) this jgw and pim process on the ICM see the event but generate the following error:

******

08:52:50 Trace: [ 4760]AddressOutOfService: Address=7100 Cause=101

08:52:50 Trace: [ 4760]RecvAddressOutOfService: Couldn't find client stack for device target device string 7100

08:52:52 Trace: [ 4760]AddressOutOfService: Address=7100 Cause=100

08:52:52 Trace: [ 4760]RecvAddressOutOfService: Couldn't find client stack for device target device string 7100

08:52:52 Trace: [ 4760]AddressOutOfService: Address=7200 Cause=100

08:52:52 Trace: [ 4760]RecvAddressOutOfService: Couldn't find client stack for device target device string 7200

08:52:52 Trace: [ 4760]AddressInService: Address=7200

08:52:52 Trace: [ 4760]TelephonyDriver::CSTASetAgentState: DeviceTarget not found. instString=7200

*****

My IP Phone is 7100.

Agent login is 'agent1' which is associated with 7200.

Could anybody point me in the right direction or have any guides that will help (I have the IPCC 5.0 lab guide but it's quite vage)

Many Thanks

Dan

Re: IPCC Agent Login Stack Error

HI Dan,

Seems 7100 and 7200 are not associated to the JTAPI User in the call manager administration under the application configuration.

Regards,

Riccardo
