Hi,
I I have CCX Premium 5.0 installed with CUCM 5.1.3. I have agents who are in a CSQ logged into their phones and in
ready state for receiving calls. When i dial the route point, their phones do not ring and I am put in the queue.
On the other hand when they are logged into CAD, their phones ring when the route point is dialled. What could be the possible cause here?

Make sure their phones are associated to the "ippa" Application User.

All of the agent phones in the CSQ are associated with the application user.
