IPCC Backup Size

we are using Cisco Application Administration - 5.0(1)SR02ES01_Build013

Package: Unified CCX Premium

I took weekly backup of this Using backup and restore utility its backup size incresed 3 GB evry week currently its size is 21 GB . my concern is abt its size whay it has so much size any solution to minimize backup size and kindly tell me is it right or somthing going wrong as it is very large size for backup

I just ran into this problem. Check the C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_Audio folder. This is where the recordings from the supervisor desktop are stored. There is a bug out there that makes it so that these messages do not get purged after 7 days or 30 days, depending on the extended lifetime setting. You may see recordings in there that are past the retention period and did not get purged. If this is the case, you need to upgrade to 5.0(2) to get it fixed.
