We just replaced a IPCC 3.5(4) server that died. I have reinstalled on new server. Agents can login but have several errors with Enterprise Server, RASCAL Server, and Call Chat server pop up error windows. The agent does login and can take calls. Any help is appreciated.
I found the problem. There was an incorrect entry in the Desktop administrator for the CTI server. It was pointed to the CallManager not to IPCC. I had to un-install/reinstall the CAD on the workstations as well. BTW TAC was no help. 2 separate engineers totally overlooked the problem.
