Ipcc Call Delivery Tone

Is it possible for the IPCC, when deliverling a call to an agent to also deliver an alert tone?

What I'm asking is on our current ACD we get a tone then the call delivered. After training on the Cisco IPCC there is NO tone, just instant deliverly of a call.

If you set auto answer in the ccm config :

- get a zip tone

- will auto answer for all calls to the ACD/CCM extension.

if you set auto answer in icm config

- no zip tone

- auto answer will only be for calls sent by ICM
