After completing the script wizard I created a Route point with an extension of 5080, this was not used anywhere in the CCM box before. I get a busy signal when I dial it from any phone. It doesn't seem to get handed off to IPCC at all.
What are good places to check or potential problems?
if this is failing already internally I would check for the JTAPI SubSystem to be in service, for the JTAPI Trigger to be properly configured and eventually for the route point to be registered with the Call Manager and confrim the JTAPI plugin was installed on the UCCX.
If then it will fail for an external call, but work for the internal check on the CSS of the CTI Route Points to include the GW Partition.
