Could anyone please advice how one would undertake an IPCC deployment in a Nortel voice network(Nortel PABX,Phones & Voice switches)? I understand Nortel's contact center solutions (Symposium/CCMS) - but I would like to propose a Cisco solution.
Kindly detail the integration design aspect.
Guidance to relevant material will also be greatly appreciated.
