IPCC Enterprise agent not ready

Does anyone know how to make an agent desktop goto not ready when the agent does not pick up a call like in IPCC Express?

It should do this automatically.

Set the RONA timeout to an appropriate figure eg 5-10seconds and if the user has not answered in that timeframe then the call will requeue to the RONA destination and the user will be set to not ready.
