Hi,
Did anyone have any chance of working on displaying calls abandoned and calls offered on the QMC wall/agent board?
I have problem displaying the right info and require some help on the ICM script.

To get the number of calls waiting, use the get reporting statistics step, specifying CSQ ICD for the report object and contacts Waiting in the field column.
