IPCC Ex Upgrade Std to Enh or Prem

We are using a co-residing model with Callmanager and IPCC Express Std.

What is necessary to upgrade from standard to enhanced version?

What should be purchased?

What are the steps for upgrading to Enhanced Version.

We are using 3.5x

Obtain your license file, put it on the IPCC server where your standard license is now.

Re-run install CD's.

It'll keep your old scripts etc, recall they're actually in DC directory anyway. you'll need to know all your accounts and passwords from CM admin, DC directory.

Takes about 45-60 minutes.
