I am trying to set up an option in my script to tranfer out to Voicemail. Whatever I do, the menu option doesn't seem to recognize the Call redirect step.

Any Ideas?

Having trouble opening that aef. But some things you want to look at. Make sure that your CTI Ports have a CSS that can call the Voice Mail Route Port or Pilot number depending on what number you are connecting to. Add a step to redirect to a standard DN and see if that works as well for troubleshooting. Make sure you have enough CTI ports to support the inbound call and the outbound call.
