Hi,
after a shutdown and start of 2 IPCC Express 4.0(5a) servers (Master/Slave), I found 2 red crosses on the Enterprise desktop service and the call chat services in the coontrol center web page of the Master Server indicating that services crashed. From the Services Menu, these 2 services are not started, I started them manually but nothing happens. I restart the engine then the server and nothing happens.
Could anyone help me ?
