IPCC Express 4.0 co-resident?

A co-resident IPCC Express 4.0 should be installed on a Pub or a Sub Server?

Re: IPCC Express 4.0 co-resident?

Hi,

It can actually be installed on either one. Subscriber or publisher. The only restrictions are the following:

If the CallManager server is part of a multi-node CallManager cluster, the CTI Manager which IPCC

Express communicates with must be running on the same CallManager node where IPCC Express is

installed. All CTI Ports and Route Points must register with this CallManager node as primary and no

secondary is supported.

best regards,

Chawki
