Is there a report that we can run that will show what options were selected by the caller? We are trying to get statistics on what menu choices they selected.
Inorder to determine the menu options that a customer visited, if custom variables for menu options are written to by the SetSessionInfo, the user can run the Call Custom Variable Report to see which menu options the customer visited.
