IPCC Express 5.0 and TAPS

Does anyone have a working TAPS script for IPCC Express 5.0? All of the versions I have will not even load in the Editor or Application Engine.

Are you using the IPCC express Standard Edition? Its a known issue that TAPS does not work with IPCC Express Standard flavor of CRS. You need to use any of these to make TAPS work with IPCC Express:

- IP IVR

- IPCC exp premium

- IPCC exp enhanced
